“Color Pigment Remover” perfect for someone wanting to be lighter after being darker.. brunette, or red without bleach. THIS WILL NOT MAKE YOU EXCEPTIONALLY LIGHTER. This is an all natural non bleach treatment to remove as much color pigments before bleaching to become lighter. GREAT FIRST STEP BEFORE BLEACH. I will use clarifying shampoo on the hair and then sit you under a dryer with Malibu CPR for 30-45min then wash with clarifying shampoo again and asses the tone of hair after for the next step.
